Anyone knows how to make VLC remember certain level of volume (for example 200%)
I set it on preference (normal & advanced), but it never remember, even on the same session, or after restarting the program
Any clues?

Go to:
Tools >> Preferences... >> Audio

Select the "Default volume" you would like, and press "Save". Enabling "Save volume on exit" will then proceed to override the "Default volume" that you set with the volume level at which you closed VLC with - i.e. if you always want "200%" as default don't enable save on exit.

If you enable advanced preferences/selected "All" for "Show settings" and go to:
Interface >> Main interface >> Qt

You can select "Allow the volume to be set to 400%" and/or "Automatically save volume on exit".

Arite.

There is a bug that lowers volume 2-3% on each shutdown.
