Intelligent Playlist "Add File" Start Point

When I try to add a file or directory to the playlist, the file selection tool starts by default in the installation directory. This adds several additional steps each time that I try to add files to the playlist. To make matters worse, it doesn't even try to remember the location of the last added file as a start point.

VLC on Windows Vista should default to the User\Music folder. There also needs to be a Preferences entry to change this.

No way we can do it to start on Users\Music since Microsoft doesn't provide compatibility for this folder for Win2000.

Could you at least make it default to the user's home directory?

It is what it should be since 0.9.4.
