OSD not showing

apologies if this has been already mentioned but new vlc has several issues with controls

some times osd menus dont appear on screen some times appear only in window mode some times not at all some times only sound OSD and messages but not the OSD time when u ctrl/alt/shift+left/right

also when trying ctrl-right takes 5-6 clicks until actually starting to work probly cauze it cycles through the control buttons in window mode

finally in window mode vlc disables hotkeys for global system sound (not ctrl-up/down for vlc sound) and u have to click somewhere else on screen to use them !!!

p.s. major request plz remove the big blue caption and blue border lines from minimal view so it can be really a minimal view like bsplayer does

Button focus thing is already fixed in nigtlies.
