Problem \\.\Display2
Hello, I'm trying to play mxf files on my second monitor but nothing. I have a graphic card with 2 output DVI (Geforce 8800 GTS) on the vlc video output directx, when switch on \\.\Display2, I don't have picture (white screen), when a change for \\.\Display1 it play ok on the first monitor. Do you have a solution ?

Do you have desktop on the 2nd monitor?
You need to set nvidia video driver control panel to multiple monitor environment and properly set it up.

Yes I have the desktop on the second monitor and the graphic card is propely installed (update drivers etc...)

Have you disabled overlay video output from VLC?
