Hi,

After VLC v0.9.2 installation, the contextual menu entry Add To VLC Media Player's Playlist is missing for m4a files.

The VLC Playlist entry is there for these
-mp3
-flac
-ogg
-flv
-wma (after Choose Default Program entry used and VLC picked)
-wav (after Choose Default Program entry used and VLC picked)
-m4a (after Choose Default Program entry used and VLC picked)
-mpeg (after Choose Default Program entry used and VLC picked)

Missing the Playlist entry but with Play entry for these :
-mpc
-ra

Ok problem solved.

When the menu entry is not there, simply right click / Open With / Choose Default Program / Select VLC / Ok
then you should see "VLC Media File (.<ext>)" in Right Click the file / Properties / Details / Type
and Add To VLC Media Player's Playlist entry in the contextual menu.

It's like the VLC File Association process during installation is incomplete.
I have to use Windows's Choose Default Program file association process to complete it.

re-redit :
If does not work for RA and MPC

Because that nsis installer script should do same thing for all the file extensions. That is why I can't understand that some files won't get those and others do.
