Some bugs

I found these bugs on VLC version 0.9.2 for Windows:

- although I selected "American English" as VLC language (and restarted VLC), some options are still displayed in the language according to my Windows' regional settings (in my case, Romanian)

- even if you have 0 fily type associations with VLC, in the "Association setup" checkbox list, the "Audio Files", "Video Files" and "Playlist Files" checkboxes are checked (the last two are with grey background)

- in the "Subtitles & OSD" Preference category, the "Default encoding" select box has gray contour compared to other select boxes (for example, the "Font size" one)

I am not sure that you need to use american english and not english.

For file associations, well fill a bug.

The other one is going to be fixed in a couple of hours.

0.9.2 definitely has some kind of bug regarding the file associations. I checked the File Associations thing off - but AVIs started to open with VLC - this is the last thing I want. Re-installed it twice. Now back to the previous version 0.8.6i

I don't have "English", just "American English" and "British English".
Tried with "British English", now all items are in the correct language. So the problem has to be missing translations in "American English".

This is still present in 0.9.4. Also, clicking the "Audio Files", "Video Files" and "Playlist Files" checkboxes does nothing to the "child" ones (for each file type).
