No sound

Hi, I am new and I am trying to watch a movie and a tv show that I downloaded and the picture is awesome however I cannot get any sound.. Please help.. I looked for answers but I can't find it. Thank you.

Press ctrl i while playing the video and go to Codec Details. Post that here.

Does it help if you change audio output module to waveout?
