Double click behavior on the tray icon

Usually I double-click on tray icon for show/hide application. VLC use a single click. It is better if VLC behavior follow the windows standard.

OK! :) Most Windows applications only respond to a double click (default) but it can be changed to a single click under the OS. So it probably would be best to be a double click.

Ok. will change that for 1.0, but not 0.9.3 because of the other bug outting of fullscreen.
