Can anyone pls. suggest from where i can download the earlier versions of VLC i.e 0.8.6g & 0.8.6h windows executables.

Scroll to the bottom of the download page (in this case, http://www.videolan.org/vlc/download-windows.html ). You should see a link to the FTP archive where you can download older versions.
