Changing channels on a Setop box with an ir blaster.

I just got an mce remote control and Ir blaster and want to know if there is a porgram that would allow me to change channels on a directv box (d11) remotely on aother computer displaying the stream.
The ir blaster is hooked up to the computer that creats the stream.
