Current 0.9.0 nightly build fs controller problems

1. adjust seeking slider, while fullscreen controller goes to hide e.g, move seek bar back to start of file. yes fs controller hides, but it never return.
2. 7.11GB x264/mp4 bugged (file/header/index too big?) 0.9.0 nightly build. 7.11GB x264/mp4 file made with (Friday, 1 August 2008 - x264.exe) can not be opened by 0.9.0 nightly build (however, 0.8.6i can open it). then 1 minute video encode from the same source which results in (28,249,285 bytes) x264/mp4 file it can be opened by 0.9.0 nightly build.
3. with the 7.80GB muxed mkv file where video freezes/pause for about less then 1 second each time for a few times within 10 seconds, so I did 2 tests on encoding just that particular 20sec sequence (9,790,045 bytes) and other segments (where problem arise) and it played just fine, smooth, no freeze at all either in mkv or mp4. However 7.8GB file playback during (freeze/pause) segments there were lots of late picture skipped warnings in the log.
In conclusion there's a problem at which how vlc media player 0.9.0 nightly can handle large x264 / mp4 / mkv muxed files when it comes to decoding the video.
