VLC plugin to run igmp stream on IPTV

We have developed our IPTV application using VLC plugin named

The above plugin works fine with IE,mozilla and Opera...We are actually using amino Set Top Box which uses Opera Web Browser inside. We want to run the application on the TV. So if u kindly provide us the proper plugin then it would be a gr8 support.
