How do stop(59min.) transcoding from command line.
vlc-v udp:@224.1.1.1:11111 :program=1 :stop-time=5 --sout #transcode{vcodec=mp4v..... }:std{access=file,mux=ogg,.... -?

--stop-time=3540
I am not sure if that works.
