Per RTSP spec, PLAY command has a scale parameter which is supposed to be set with a +/- number to indicate
how fast and in what direction the playback should happen. When vlc's << and >> buttons are pressed, it doesnt
seem to send any new RTSP (PLAY) command to the server. Is it normal or is it a bug? It seems that the playback
does get affected but only on local buffer..
Any response would be appreciated.
