Streaming my webcam to another PC in the network

Hi,
Using the wizard of VLC media player i created a streaming of my webcam on an ip 192.168.0.101 and i try to use udp to send it to 192.168.0.100.
I think that the stream starts on the transmitter computer, but i can't open/play it on the receiver computer
I go to Open Network Stream, i select the first option (UDP/RTP) and the resulting command line is udp://@
Should i change anything there? Any suggestions to make this work?
