1) i want the Time title to allways be on ( i mean the time presented on the upper right corner when u do jumps forword or backword... ) is it possible ?
2) can i make the hotkeys work when the vlc works in the backround ( i mean that when i press pause (alt-ctrl-p hotkey) when i`m surfing in my explorer it will pause the vlc that runs in the background)?

You mean Global Hotkeys, and no it hasn't been implemented, there are many requests for it though.

There is a chance that it will be availible in one of the next versions?
