Where can I found some info about the “vlc_input_item_GetInfo” function of the libvlc.dll?

What is the signature of this function (what kind of parametes and what kind of result)?

Where can I find some info about the libvlc.dll interface?

Did you find any details for "vlc_input_item_GetInfo" function?
I want to use this function in my C# application which uses 0.8.6.i version of VLC.
