VLC Streaming Issue

So ive been fiddling for a while trying to get streaming working with live tv. I can open the TV Stream on the local machine, Although it has no sound (havnt figured that part out yet, there is no audio device present when i open a capture device).

So i go through the wizard and stream the current playlist item using http. Then i go to one of the other machines on the network to open the stream and it tries to open it, then times out. In the messages it says "Unable to prefill buffer".

If i stream a file instead of the capture device then it streams no problem.

Any ideas what could be causing the problem ?
