Seek Bar

I have just been exploring this great media player for the last week or so and have been very impressed but have just the one question to ask:
The Seek Bar at the bottom is there anyway that you can key in and jump to a part of a movie like you can in Nero Showtime say to insert accurate chapter breaks before burning to dvd??
Nero was particularly good for this as it very accurately and quickly jumped to the exact point but since moving over to Windows Vista it has very sadly not been working correctly.
Certainly would be a nice feature to have in the future if it is not already incorporated in the latest version.
