I have Diamond PVR 560 TV Tuner card and followed the instructions here: http://forum.videohelp.com/topic259354.html
I was able to get sound (didn't sound very good though), but no video (I've tried a couple different codecs and encapsulations methods). The channel is stuck on the one last used by my other PVR program, and changing the TV Tuner Channel in Advanced Options doesn't do anything.
Edit: Also, if anyone could suggest a better TV Tuner card that's under, say, $120 that would be great.
