How to update?

Postby exec » 11 Jun 2007 16:31

Hi!

Short question after searching forums and wiki and found absolutely nothing:

What am I supposed to do when I want to update VLC? Can I download the latest installer and install this one over an existing VLC installation? Or would it be better to uninstall the older version first?

Thanks in advance!

Download and install it.

It will do what it must do (uninstalling).

Thx, worked perfectly.

Would be nice if this issue could be added to the FAQ or the wiki. I'm sure I'm not the only one having such a question.
