Getting interlacing on MP4 video..

hi,

I am playing MP4 video.. on 675*503 size. the video is of 4:3 aspect ratio. I set the configuration but still getting interlacing. if I do full screen of the screen the interlacing looks less but in actual size more interlaced..

any help to control the video interlace?
