video output modules??

ok i have all ways wanted to know
what was the best output module to use
the 3 i want to know about are:
OpenGL video output
DirectX video output
DirectX 3D video output
most of the time i use OpenGL video output
heres what i'm runing
& i am up to date with DirectX
