streaming over internet both sides routers

i want to stream over internet...from work local net works all fine...but in my home i cant get video...what i must to do in routers...in work i forwarded port 1234

Probably have to bribe your IT guy to open the port in the company's firewall and forward it to your server at work. And get fired if you're at any mid-large company, at least in the US.
