I have a Firefly PC Remote which I'm trying to configure to operate VLC. I've been attempting to map the Open Disc... (Ctrl+D) key combination to the play button on the remote, but it appears that Ctrl+D doesn't work.

Under the File Menu it clearly says that Ctrl+D is the shortcut, but when I try that on my keyboard nothing happens.

Any thoughts?
