The subtitles are still buggy in 0.8.6 version,cant change position cant resizealthough vlc is a great software

Please state the format. VLC supports some 9 formats.

Graphics based formats and Sub Station Alpha formats can NOT be resized or moved. It is outside the realm of possibility because these formats are specified for font, color, font size and placement on screen within the format.
