Pocket PC - does VLC play flv ?

Does the PPC version play flv files ?
Is VLC for PPC still being developed (the last nightly build seems a bit old) ?

If someone builds a new version, it should read flv.
But it has not been built for a long time, I am afraid. I may do it next week.
