listen to real audio streaming pls help

hi i have problem in the office to listen to real audio streaming:

i use to listen to this radio:
rtsp://live.media.rai.it/broadcast/radiotre.rm

but in the office we only may use the http protocol and we have a proxy named:
proxy02 that works on the port 02

so pls help me tell me vivh vommand shall i give to vlc

at home i give this command:

vvv -rtsp://live.media.rai.it/broadcast/radiotre.rm

the proxy02 in the office works on the port 80
