There is nothing unusual about this video as all the formats are supported however I notice that mkvmerge is v1.6.5 dated Dec 05 and other users have had problems with videos made with this muxer. I have it and and was about to try it as it comes with the current version of StaxRip and the program complains when you try to change it. However, this is the third video I have come across plus four or five that I have heard about that will not play and the only thing they have in common is this muxer. I will try tearing up the file and examine it to see if there is a resolve.

BTW it crashes MPC too and the CoreAVC codec handles every type of H264 known or at least that I have run across thus far and they claim more.

AWW man! i tried to go to their site to download it but couldn't get through.
Also it is the first codec I have heard of that you have to pay for!

If you could find a solution I would greatly appreciate it!

Well! the problem is not as bad as it first appeared. The web site to get your file was real slow but I answered questions here in the mean time. :P When MPC crashed it was just a few seconds into the file. That's when I noticed the versions of the programs used to create the file. However, the error that created the crash occurs only once and may be skipped over as it less than a couple of seconds long. I did remux the file and this did fix the problem of crashing. The file will play in VLC. Oddly enough I had less problem in VLC with the original file as it showed me exactly where the error was.
