The Win32 builds are broken for a long time now

The skinned Interface is unuseable, becuase the menu that usually pops up by the right mouse-button doesn't work any more! Furthermore the "Open" button is broken.

Tested every build since a few weeks. Always the same probelm

Remove the libqt4_plugin.dll and it will work again as it used to do.
