I dont know if anyone had this problem before, but this is the second time I try to download VLC player from http://www.videolan.org and only 14% downloads then internet security center tells me that the publisher is unknown and the installer im trying to use is corrupted or incomplete, so what can i do?

Personally, I would be looking for a new modem or calling my ISP if you have a cable or DSL High Speed modem.
