I have a strange problem,
I can receive a stream over the internet from my server when I am at home, but from my friends house with the same laptop I can not receive the stream. I couldn't find the cause of the problem, what do you guys think might be the reason for this.
TTL (Time To Live) has been set to 24 on the server and I am NOT behind the firewall or router...
Please help me out, I am loosing my mind..
