disable hotkey events in embedded vlc

i'm using jvlc (vlc java binding) and would like to know if there is a way of disabling the hotkeys and mouse events (like fullscreen double click) in vlc. I would like to have my own interface and not have the user double click on the video output window for fullscreen.

I don't know of any way to do that without editing the VLC source code. Sorry. (But i also don't know the JAVA VLC class so maybe i'm wrong)

Im working in a project. I need to embedded vlc in a java application. Will you plz help me in this by providing the piece of code you used.
