Can a Notebook Celeron 600mhz w/128mb ram+Win98SE play divx

with the Videolan client?

I checked the spec sheet but it appeared to just list "windows" based on the icon so I don't know if that's XP only or if an OS as old as 98SE could play it esp with the specs listed above.

I used to use a AMD Athlon 550 mhz with 128 RAM and Win98SE desktop with divx 3/4 files but not sure if the Celeron/notebook/divx 5 thing could screw me over for this.

I believe the store said it has a 8mb integrated video if that matters.

Thanks for any info.

I didn't have problems with an 800mhz Celery, 128MB, and 4MB integrated video. At least, it worked in VLC. Windows Media, now that's another story.
