keyboard Shortcuts??

I cannot find any documentions that the VideoLan do have a list of key shortcuts. I could need one for fast forward (and the other way round)
Settings - Preferences - Interface - Hotkeys Settings - here you can find any available shortcuts and you are also able to change them.
