audio delay compensation only during TV stream?

i use VLC as a TV, (theatre 550 pro) but my audio capture stream needs to be adjusted to -200 cause i think the video is buffered 200, is there a way to set the delay only when using the capure device? maybe a dshow string added to the channel-list m3u file? cause from what i have tried, the audio delay setting only works after i go into the settings, adjust it, and restart the player. it doesnt work dynamically.

so all of my audio from video files is delayed 200ms. and is out of sync, while in sync when watching TV.

thanks,
Leon

--dshow-caching <integer> Caching value in ms

But I'm not sure this is what you are looking for.

--key-audiodelay-up <integer>
Audio delay up
--key-audiodelay-down <integer>
Audio delay down

may be more applicable. This is a function of ctrl k and ctrl l respectively. I'm also not sure this can be changed in a capture device.

After thinking about this, the two commands I suggested may only change the key bindings, but it was all I could find that seemed applicable.
