How to order a playlist

Postby boristhemoggy » 15 Dec 2024 06:36

I am using VLC portable, V 3.0.18 Vetinari on an up to date version of Windows 10.
I can't figure out how to use the playlist in the way I want to, and need some help please. I have an artist folder, which has 20 folders inside, each a different album. I'd like to have the entire collection as a playlist. I would love it if I can get the albums to play in the correct order, but I can't figure out how to do that. Also, as most music lovers know it's nice to play the album tracks in the order they were assigned. So not only do I want to play albums in order, but the tracks inside play in their order too. Does anyone know if this is possible? And if so how?

You can add and remove columns by doing a right click on the names bar of the columns, then you can click on these names bar for sorting the content of the columns like you want.
