VLC is unable to open the MRL HTTPS...mp3

Installed latest VLC Player 3.0.21 on windows 10.
I can not stream a simple https...mp3 that Firefox can and does. -_-
Tried turning off Anti-Virus and Firewall.

Please help me solve this problem.
