Error aspect ratio

Good morning. I have a 2 hour family video in 4/3 aspect ratio of 7GB... I wanted to convert my video in mp4 format into a video for YouTube HD to reduce the size, I succeeded but now it is in 16/9... how to convert the video to mp4 format by reducing the size and remaining in 4/3? thank you for your help

Edit the conversion profile you are using and set the scale and sizes you want in the Resolution tab:
