Old Subtitles Appearing on New Videos - Can't Get Rid of Them

Postby ConnollyMusicCreates » 29 Sep 2024 21:25

I'm a new user and quite a while ago loaded up a .mp4 file and added some subtitles. Since then I uninstalled, reinstalled, and have imported three new videos I'm trying to edit. The problem is that the same subtitles I added way back on that old video keep appearing on all of the new videos. I looked and searched on how to get rid of these but can't figure it out. Any help and feedback much appreciated. Thank you.

You may have some subtitles files in the same folder as the videos and VLC automatically load them.
Look for .SRT or .TXT files.
