Files that have worked in the past now give the error message as seen. I have the latest version installed 3.0.20 on a Windows 10 machine. Any ideas? Thanks!

You may not have full access to some of the files. Check them, one by one, by checking the Security tab of the file from a right click on the file then Properties -> Security

Thanks for the tip but all the files seem to have the same access granted. How do I view the log files that are referenced in the error message?

They do. I just compared the details of the files with error messages and files that play fine and they look identical.
