Can't open RTSP stream on some PCs

Hello.
Some of my PCs can open RTSP streams just fine, but others cannot. I have tried several codecs and options, and I don't know what else to do.

Below is the debug output.
Any suggestions?

Most likely a firewall or network problem. VLC settings won't help
