Hello everyone,

the updater in VLC (Windows) is (again) not working as it should.
A 3.0.18 updates to 3.0.20 instead of the current 3.0.21.
If one manually check for updates with v3.0.20, it is claimed that the current version is been used.

Is this a known problem?

Yes, it's a know problem and it's done on purpose for now because of some issues with Windows XP:
