How do I Convert audio file to 320k mp3?

How do I specify 320kbps when converting an audio file to mp3? Looks like VLC defaults to 224kbps for mp3. I don't see an option to set the bitrate anywhere.

Edit the Audio-MP3 profile by clicking on the tool icon then in the Audio Codec tab set the bitrate you want to use.
