hotkey to speed video
I am trying to figure out why the '+' button will speed the video playback only to 1.0x and not faster. The ']' button will accomplish this but only 10% sequentially rather than 33%. Is there a way to increase this increment or otherwise figure out how to activate '+' for speeds above 1.0x?

+ is the default hotkey for faster speeds and - the default one for slower speeds.
