Cannot update from 3.0.11 to 3.0.20

Steps to reproduce
Click Help > Check For Updates
In the popup click Yes
Click Install now
What happens: Nothing
What should happen: VLC closes and updates

To fix that bug, you need a new version. Catch-22. You have to update manually.
