Hello,

I'm using VLC 3.0.20 Vetinari with Windows 11 Pro. "Always on top" was working - now it isn't. I've tried restarting VLC but that didn't fix it.

First, reboot your computer, then reset the preferences and cache (the manual way) and try again:
