VLC won't load TV Tuner despite the same tuner working on a different PC.

TV Tuner card: AVerMedia H752 TV Tuner Card
OS: Windows 7 Professional x64 Service Pack 1
RAM: 2GB (thanks to virtual memory I have more)
Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E8400 @ 3.00GHz
VLC Version: 3.0.20

So about 2 years ago I found an old TV tuner in a PC that wouldn't turn on, but couldn't find the drivers and just put it in drawers. But about a year later I decided to look again and found them in a DIFFERENT HP .EXE THAN THE ONE IT ORIGINALLY GAVE ME! So after installing and more Googling, I found out I had to use Windows Media Center. One install later, I got it working on WMC on Windows 10, where it was working fine.

A while later I found out I could actually use VLC to tune to analog channels, and started recording gameplay footage that way. But that PC is long gone and was replaced by this PC to use for the TV Tuner. It works fine in Windows Media Center, but VLC just doesn't want to use the card, and gives me an error.

The log file is too big to put in here so suggestions to help me be able to put it in here will also be appreciated. Pastebin said it contained inappropriate content :?:

I've tried to find out the problems online but still nothing. I've tried to put in as much info about my PC as possible so this can be properly fixed. Any solutions will be appreciated.
