VLC starts playing automatically when I want the video paused

Hi,

When I use VLC to watch a movie at my laptop with windows 11 and I pause it, it will automatically start playing again.
I think it is because my camera and motion detection, because it always happens when I am in sight of the camera.
I already put the camera off (in windows settings), and I even put a black piece of paper over it.
The option "Pause playback when minimized" in VLC settings is already on.
It does pause, but then randomly (when close by) start playing again.
Any solutions will be appreciated!

Check if you have the Motion Detect filter enabled in the menu Tools -> Effects and Filters -> Video Effects -> Advanced
