Hello, I have been trying to get my global hotkeys to work on windows 11 22H2 and they just refuse to work. I feel like I've tried everything. The problem persists on VLC 3.0.20 and the nightly builds I've tried. Windows media keys do work, but only when focused. Local hotkeys work normally. Any help would be appreciated.

Ok, I figured a couple of things out.

1. VLC won't detect a Global Keybind unless I make it a Shift + key combo.

2. I couldn't get certain keys to work. Mainly f13 - f24.

I ended up using shift + ctrl + pgup/pgdn/end instead.
